摘要:
中印同为发展中国家，在乡村治理中存在相似与不同，本文通过分析潘查亚特及其治 理中的影响因素，找到印度乡村治理中的问题，从中得到完善中国乡村治理机制的一些启示。
Abstract:
China and India are both developing countries in the world, and there are similarities and dif? ferences in rural governance. This paper analyzes Panchayat and its influencing factors, and finds out the problems existing in rural governance in India. From it, we can get some enlightenment from perfecting the rural governance mechanism in China.
