摘要:: 随着国家产业战略和教育战略的调整，人们的求学观念、就业观念以及单位的用人观念也随之转变。本文阐述了工匠精神的相关概念和文化内涵、文化价值等，了解在中职德育教学渗入工匠精神的重要性，提出针对德育教学中的现状及问题的解决措施，发挥出工匠精神有效引领中职德育教学的作用。

Abstract:: With the adjustment of national industrial strategy and educational strategy, people's ideas of studying, employment and employing have changed. This paper expounds the related concepts, cultural connotations and cultural values of the craftsman spirit, understands the importance of infiltrating the craftsman spirit into the moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools, and puts forward the solutions to the present situation and problems in the moral education teaching. Give full play to the spir? it of craftsman effectively guide the role of moral education in secondary vocational schools.
