摘要:
从精准扶贫视角研究冀西北地区产业扶贫问题，立足于冀西北地区资源禀赋、产业发 展、产业创新、产业融合等实际情况，探索产业扶贫机制，建设有地域特色的以产业带动扶贫、以 产业巩固扶贫的精准扶贫道路。
Abstract:
From the perspective of precise poverty alleviation, we will study the problem of industrial poverty alleviation in the northwest of Hebei Province, explore the mechanism of industrial poverty alle? viation based on the actual conditions of resource endowment, industrial development, industrial innova? tion and industrial integration in the northwest of Hebei Province. We will build an industry-driven, in? dustry-driven and industry-oriented approach to poverty alleviation that is precisely targeted at helping the poor.
