摘要:
新时代新建本科院校振兴本科教育，是解决大学毕业生就业难的必然要求，是高等教 育大众化的客观要求，是自身发展的内在要求。开展“以本为本。四个回归”大讨论，发展“互联 网+教育”，建设高水平教师队伍，培养建设者和接班人，有序推进新建本科院校振兴本科教育。
Abstract:
In the new era, newly established undergraduate colleges and universities should revitalize their undergraduate education, which is an inevitable requirement for solving the difficulty of employ? ment for university graduates, an objective requirement for education popularization in higher educa? tion, and an internal requirement for their own development. Develop "Ben - based. Four returning "big discussion", development "Internet + education", construction of high-level teachers, training of builders and successors, and orderly promotion of new undergraduate colleges and universities to revi? talize undergraduate education.
