摘要:
气象观测工作对观测员的素质提出了较高的要求，需要切实加强对气象观测员专业素 质和综合能力的培养，使之能够充分胜任岗位工作，更好的服务于人们的生产和生活。本文将对 气象观测新形势下观测员应具备的综合技能加以探析，并提出行之有效的培养路径，以期能够大 幅度提高气象观测队伍的整体素质，从而为气象观测工作的顺利高效开展奠定坚实的基础。
Abstract:
The meteorological observation work puts forward higher requirements on the quality of ob? servers. It is necessary to strengthen the training of the professional quality and comprehensive ability of meteorological observers so that they can fully perform their jobs and better serve people's production and life. . This paper will analyze the comprehensive skills that observers should possess under the new situation of meteorological observation, and propose an effective training path, in order to greatly im? prove the overall quality of the meteorological observation team, thus laying a solid foundation for the smooth and efficient development of meteorological observation work.
