摘要:
由于我国正处于经济转型时期，养老金制度还不十分成熟，加上生育率低等因素使老龄 化速度加快，导致中国养老服务存在诸多问题。养老服务正突破传统的家庭养老模式，形成家 庭、社区和市场化的养老并存。本文针对日益突出的社会养老问题，以吉林市为研究对象，对吉 林市养老服务的现状及存在的问题进行分析；进而找出吉林市养老服务行业存在问题的原因；最 后，结合吉林市养老服务的实际情况提出了相应的对策建议，供养老服务行业参考和借鉴。
Abstract:
As China is in the period of economic transformation, the pension system is still not quite mature, and the low fertility rate and other factors make the speed of aging accelerate, leading to many problems in China's pension service. The pension service is breaking through the traditional family pen? sion mode and forming the coexistence of family, community and marketization. Aiming at the increas? ingly prominent social endowment problem, this paper takes jilin city as the research object to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the endowment service in jilin city. Then find out jilin city pension service industry problems of the cause; Finally, based on the actual situation of the pension service in jilin city, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the pen? sion service industry.
