摘要:

在实际进行一项建筑工程的过程中，对于整体建造价格方面的管理工作可以发挥出十 分重要的实际作用，本文主要以当下我们国家建筑工程的实际施工状况为根本，并且把其与最近 几年工程整体建造价格管理工作的具体特征进行了有机结合，全面的研究并分析出目前对建筑 工程的建造价格进行管理的过程中实际存在的而一些问题，并且根据目前的时代背景提出了一 些对建筑工程整体建造价格进行管理的科学方案，希望通过这一方式来进一步提升实际开展建 筑工程的整体效率以及实际质量。

Abstract:

In the practical process of a construction project, as a whole to build the price management can play a very important role in practical work, this article mainly the present condition of our country construction project construction as the basis, and put it with engineering in recent years the overall build price management of organic combination of the specific characteristics of a comprehensive study and analysis of the current building price of construction project management process and some prob? lems of the real, and according to the current time background put forward some to build price manage? ment in whole construction project of scientific plan, hope that through this way to further enhance the overall efficiency of the actual to carry out the construction project and the actual quality.
