摘要:: 营林管理过程中需要以有效的森林生长标准为前提，明确森林自我修复调节过程，按照森林有效技术调整服务方法，合理的分析森林综合利用的基本概念，逐步加强森林产业的科学化建设，完善处理过程和演变标准。本文将针对营林造林技术进行快速的管理，提高林业技术的综合创新发展效果。

Abstract:: In the process of forest management, it is necessary to take effective forest growth standards as the premise, clarify the adjustment process of forest self-repair, adjust the service method according to the forest effective technology, analyze the basic concept of forest comprehensive utilization, gradual? ly strengthen the scientific construction of forest industry, and improve the processing and evolution standard. This paper will carry out rapid management of forest forestation technology and improve the comprehensive innovation and development effect of forestry technology.
