摘要:: 农业是我国的命脉所在，习近平总书记近些年来始终对农业的重要性进行强调，新农业的建设在很大程度上是的我国的农业发展变得更加健康而富有效率，但是新农业的发展过程中也存在着一定的问题，本文将对新农业小型农田水利建设的现状以及存在问题的解决对策进行较为详细地分析与探讨。

Abstract:: Agriculture is the lifeblood of our country, xi jinping, the general secretary always stressed for the importance of agriculture in recent years, the construction of the new agricultural yes to a great extent the agricultural development of our country become more healthy and efficient, but the development of new agriculture also exist some problems in the process, this article will for new agricultural small irrigation and water conservancy construction status and existing problems of the solution in some detail analysis and discussion.
