摘要:
森林病虫害防治工作在各级政府及有关部门的大力支持下，经过森防战线广大职工和社会各界的共同努力，森防基础设施建设速度明显加快，目标管理责任制得到完善落实，防治技术手段和防治成效不断提高，整体抗灾减灾能力大大增强。但是，由于受诸多因素的制约，目前森防工作仍存在一系列亟待解决的问题，形势不容乐观。
Abstract:
Forest insect pest prevention in the support from the government at all levels and relevant departments, after Mr Prevention front, the joint efforts of broad worker and the social from all walks of life, the speeding up infrastructure construction, implement target management responsibility system was perfected, prevention and cure technology and prevention and cure effect, overall disaster mitiga? tion capacity greatly enhanced. However, due to the restriction of many factors, at present, the work is still a series of problems to be solved, the situation is not optimistic.
