摘要:
为了筛选出可有效防治秋葵叶斑病菌的化学药剂,该试验进行了8 种不同药剂对秋葵叶斑 病菌的室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明秋葵叶斑病菌对8 种药剂均表现敏 感,其中对氟硅唑最敏感,从抑制率来看,对500mg/L 的丙环唑最为敏感;室外结果表明:8 种杀菌剂对 秋葵叶斑病均有不同程度的防治效果,其中25%丙环唑防治效果最好,达到70%以上。综合得出丙环 唑和氟硅唑对秋葵叶斑病菌抑制效果最好。
Abstract:
In order to screen out the chemical agents that can effectively prevent and treat the leaf spot of okra, the laboratory toxicity and field efficacy tests of 8 different agents were conducted. The indoor toxicity test results showed that okra leaf spot was sensitive to 8 agents, among which fluosilazole was the most sensi? tive, and propiconazole of 500mg/L was the most sensitive in terms of inhibition rate. The outdoor results showed that all the 8 fungicides had different control effects on okra leaf spot, among which 25% propicon? azole had the best control effect, reaching more than 70%. It was concluded that procyclazole and fluosilazole had the best inhibitory effect on okra leaf spot.
