摘要:: 庐江县荸荠栽培面积达25000 亩左右，多年来自留种栽培，导致种性衰退、果型大小不均匀、结果整齐度差、商品性不好。为此，除引进新品种外，对当地主栽荸荠品种进行组培、脱毒处理，从脱毒苗中筛选出具有原品种丰产性、抗逆性和高品质等优良性状，解决我县荸荠规模化栽培过程中品种退化问题，特进行本试验。

Abstract:: The cultivation area of water chestnut in Lujiang County is about 25000 mu, which comes from the cultivation of seeds for many years, resulting in the decline of seed quality, the uneven size of fruit type, the poor uniformity of results, and the poor commercial quality. Therefore, in addition to the introduction of new varieties, tissue culture and detoxification treatment were carried out for the local water chestnut variet? ies, and excellent characters such as high yield, stress resistance and high quality were screened out from the detoxification seedlings, so as to solve the problem of variety degradation in the large-scale cultivation of wa? ter chestnut in our county.
