摘要:

“三农”问题一直是党和国家的工作重点，对于建设小康社会，破除城乡二元结构具有重要的 现实意义。而农村经济的稳定发展直接关系着农业的发展。所以在城镇化和工业化进程当中，必须 探索出一个适合农村发展的资金体系，加快农业现代化的发展进程。从当前现状来看，财政支农资金 是农村经济发展的主要资金来源，对于扩大农村资金供给，提升资金利用率具有明确作用。

Abstract:

The issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" has always been the focus of the party and the country's work, for the construction of the well-off society to break the dual structure of urban and rural ar? eas of great practical significance. The steady development of rural economy is directly related to the develop? ment of agriculture. Therefore, in the process of urbanization and industrialization, we must explore a suit? able financial system for rural development to speed up the development process of agricultural moderniza? tion. From the current situation, financial fund for agriculture is the main source of funds for rural economic development, to expand the supply of rural funds, improve the use of funds has a clear role.
