从2016 年“聊城于欢案”到2018 年“昆山砍杀案”、“福建赵宇案”以及“涞源反杀案”等
正当防卫或防卫过当案件引发了社会的广泛关注。这一系列案件的出现在一定程度上反映了
我国现有的制度与当下的案件形态存在着不适应。今年我国两会，正当防卫问题也作为了最高
人民检察院和最高人民法院的重要报告之一。
- Abstract:

From "Liaocheng in Huan case" in 2016 to "Kunshan killing case" in 2018, "Fujian Zhaoyu
case" and "Laiyuan Anti-killing case" have aroused extensive attention of the society. The emergence
of this series of cases to a certain extent reflects the existing system of our country and the present case
form has not adapted. This year, the legitimate defense issue was also one of the important reports of the
Supreme people's Procuratorate and the Supreme people's Court.
