摘要:
海外劳工权益保护不仅关乎劳动者的个人权益，对“一带一路”战略的稳步推进更有着 重要的作用。我国应充分结合司法实践，不断完善相关法律体系，以便于更好的保护海外劳工 的合法权益。
Abstract:
The protection of the rights and interests of overseas labors is not only related to their rights and interests, but also plays an important role in the steady advancement of "the belt and road initia? tive" strategy. China should fully combine with judicial practice and continuously improve legal sys? tems in order to better protect the rights and interests of overseas labors.
