采用盆栽试验法,研究不同基质配比及不同N 肥含量对南京椴幼苗生长量的影响试 验。结果表明,株高以处理一(园土:蛭石:珍珠岩=8:1:1)为最好,其次是处理二(园土:蛭石:珍 珠岩=6:2:2)和处理五(园土:蛭石:珍珠岩=4:3:3),最差的是处理三(园土:蛭石:珍珠岩=5:2: 3)。处理一株高的增长幅度较CK 高出50%~67%;施不同含量的N 肥能够显著促进南京椴茎的 生长,其中处理B(100g/株)和C(150g/株)表现最好,分别较未施肥前增幅53%和40.80%,施N 肥 对株高的影响较低。
Abstract:
A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different substrate and different N fertilizer contents on the Tilia miqueliana Maxim. seedlings growth .The results showed that the plant height was best treated with Treatment One (Garden soil: Vermiculite: Perlite = 8:1:1), followed by Treatment two (Garden soil: Vermiculite: Perlite = 6:2:2) and Treatment. Five (Garden soil: Vermicu? lite: Perlite = 4:3:3), the worst is Treatment three (Garden soil: Vermiculite: Perlite = 5:2:3). The growth rate of one plant was 50%~67% higher than that of CK. The application of different N fertiliz? ers could significantly promote the growth of Nanjing stolons. Among them, Treatment B (100g/plant) and C (150g/plant) performed best. , respectively, increased by 53% and 40.80% before fertilization, and the effect of applying N fertilizer on plant height was lower.
