摘要:: 工程招投标与合同管理课程，伴随着近年来国家对建筑行业监控力度的正增加，相关建筑法，合同法等一系列法规的完善，该课程成为工程技术与经济领域交叉的新学科，转为工程管理专业核心课程和相关专业的选修课程，不仅具有较强的实践性与应用性，还要求教学要与时俱进，更新教学方法和教学手段，从而全面提高课程的教学质量和授课效果。
