南山地小城镇中呈同质化与士绅化，处于社会失范状态下的尴尬地位，是政治话语文化体系下的
亚文化。笔者认为可以从社会控制的角度发展中国西南小城镇的公共艺术。

County and its surrounding towns and villages, public art is homogenized and gentry in small towns in
