摘要:
近些年来,城乡居民整体的生活水准都获得了全面提升,更多人转而关注了最根本的 饮食安全。这是由于,饮食安全直接关系着居民本身的健康乃至生命,对此不应当加以忽视。相 比来看,液相色谱法具备独特的技术优势,因此更加适合运用于多种多样的食品检测。未来在实 践中,与液相色谱有关的各项检测手段还会获得改进,因此体现为良好的推广前景。
Abstract:
In recent years, the overall living standards of urban and rural residents have been improved comprehensively, and more people have turned their attention to the most fundamental food safety. This is because, food safety is directly related to the health and even life of the residents themselves, which should not be ignored. In comparison, liquid chromatography has unique technical advantages, so it is more suitable for a variety of food detection. In the future, various detection methods related to liquid chromatography will be improved in practice, which is reflected in a good prospect of popularization.
