摘要:
农村落实登记土地确权制度是产权制度改革的重要内容，土地确权对于推进产权制度 变革具有重要意义。本文通过对土地确权的大量研究，明确了土地确权对产权制度变革的优化 作用，提出了相关建议，具有重要的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
This paper clarifies the optimization effect of land ownership on the reform of property rights system, and puts forward relevant Suggestions, which has important reference significance.
