摘要:
采用高锰酸钾、过氧化氢、赤霉素3 种药剂对鸡树条荚蒾种子进行催芽处理,结果表明: 不同药剂处理的种子发芽率有显著的差异,不同处理时间之间没有显著差异,发芽率最高的为高 锰酸钾,其次为赤霉素、过氧化氢。综合得出对发芽效果最佳的组合是0.7%的高锰酸钾处理时间 48h,发芽率可达88%。
Abstract:
Used different density of KMNO4,H2O2,GA to deal with Viburnum sargenti seeds, the re? sults showed that the germination rate of seeds processed by different agents had significant differenc? es, and that by different processing time had not significant differences, the germination rate processed by different agents was in descending order of KMNO4>GA>H2O2. Synthetically got that the best com? bination for germination was 0.7% KMNO4 and 48h processing time, and the germination rate could reach 88%.
