摘要:
近年来,我国接连发生极端气候事件,农产品“逢灾必涨”是急需解决的顽固难题。极端 气候不仅严重影响农产品的品质及产量,造供需关系紧张,同时也严重影响到农品的流通。基于 此,文章总结了极端气候对我国农业种植的影响,提出了极端气候背景条件下农业种植的技术措 施,并作重点探讨,包括科学规划现代农业发展格局、粮食储备手段、重视农业灾害的气象监测预 报等。
Abstract:
In recent years, China has experienced a series of extreme weather events, and agricultural products will rise every time there is a disaster. Extreme climate not only seriously affects the quality and yield of agricultural products, but also seriously affects the circulation of agricultural products. Based on this, the paper summarizes the impact of extreme climate on agricultural planting in China, and puts forward technical measures for agricultural planting under the background of extreme climate, and makes a key discussion, including scientific planning of modern agricultural development pattern, means of grain reserve, and meteorological monitoring and forecast that attaches great importance to ag? ricultural disasters.
