提高农机监理队伍整体素质的探讨-《现代农业研究》

摘要:: 我国农业机械化已经发展到了很好的阶段，但是农机监理队伍的素质没有跟上农业机械化发展的进度，不管是从个人还是从整体来说，他们的素质都有很大的提高空间。本文分别从农机监理队伍每个成员的角度和队伍整体素质的角度出发，探讨了关于专业技术、法律意识、政治思想、文化教育、服务态度、职业道德等多个重要方面的问题，提出了一系列的改进优化办法。并且在提高综合素质这一方面提出一些建议和想法，便于在日后遇到类似问题时有参考的解决方法。

Abstract:: Agricultural mechanization in our country has developed into a good stage, but the quality of agricultural machinery supervision team did not keep pace with the progress of the agricultural mechanization, whether from individuals or from the whole, they have greatly improved the quality of the space. This paper respectively from the Angle of the farm machinery supervision team each member and the perspective of the overall quality of discussed about the technical, legal consciousness, politics, culture, education, service attitude, professional ethics, put forward a series of improved optimization method. In addition, some Suggestions and ideas are put forward in improving the comprehensive quality, so as to make it easier to refer to the solutions in the future.
