摘要:: 玉米从苗期经过不断的成长最终得到玉米果实的过程是非常繁杂的，但是玉米茎、叶健康生长的前提就是在玉米苗期能够得到合理的栽培和管理。玉米种植员想要玉米可以得到好的生长，得到好的收成，就必须在玉米苗期的管理上面加强提升，通过田间管理将玉米苗期的生长过程顺应到适合玉米生长的环境下，争取争取苗期之后玉米的生长能够得到有效的保证。随着现代化管理的发展，对玉米苗期田间的管理措施也在不断的趋向于现代化，对于玉米苗期田间管理促使的研究也是现代科学的重点研究对象。

Abstract:: the corn from the growth of seedling stage after the final fruit corn process is very complex, but the premise of the corn stalk,Ye Jiankang growth is in the corn seedling stage can get reasonable cultivation and management. Corn member wants to grow corn can get well, get a good harvest, we must strengthen promotion in the corn seedling stage management, using field management to maize seedling growth process of adaptation to suitable for corn growth environment, to strive for the growth of seedling after corn can get effective guarantee. With the development of modern management, to the management of the corn seedling field are tend to be modern, for the corn seedling field management to promote the research and the key research objects of modern science.
